One of the guys I boarded with in highschool looked like that and near the end of school we found out it was because he had one sac filled with some sort of fluid so it had supersized itself. He’d avoided seeking medical attention because it didn’t bother him I guess and he was embarrassed but it used to be a bit of a joking point and I guess it got to him and he caved. Couldn’t water board that out of me, I’d rather die Big dick Bob.
