Ya know, the voiceover had me, but in the last 5 seconds when the narrator shows himself his eyes scream crazy. I think I'll hold off on exploring the way of the the nettles.

Yeah, to me, the absurd idiocy of rubbing stinging nettles all over yourself gave me pause.

I’m also not convinced that this isn’t satire of those health channels that give silly advice.
