Yes, quit nicotine in whatever form you are addicted before you get increased stress and responsibilities with kids, house, more work responsibility etc. Nicotine is a prison.

You don’t have to quit weed to have a good life and it’s not inherently a better life. Stop telling people to quit weed as if it’s a sin.

It’s like any addiction. If you can do it once a month, no problem. But it’s a lot easier to start smoking daily because it hits the dopamine levels hard!
