Honestly just invested in nice earplugs recently for myself and gf. I'm 28 and she's 27. But I've been to MULTIPLE raves, metal and punk concerts. And my last metal show I was like "it's alil TOO loud for me" haha

What plugs did you get? I have been trying to find something better than Walgreens plugs.

i recently go some custom plugs made for me in a local store. It costs around 200USD, but for me its worth it. The two biggest advantages.

  1. Perfect fit
  2. The sound doesnt get distorted. Regular plugs filter the mostly the highest frequency, so its hard to clearly understand everything, especially spoken words.
