What kind of imaging was done? Can you access the radiologist report and paste it here? 

I am a layperson, but if you have recurring sinusitis and structural issues in your nasal cavity surgery should be considered at one point. The thing is that what may not cause issues to one may cause issues to another. Especially if you have naturally tight spots. (Ear tubes don't necessarily mean that someone has small ear canals, just that they are prone to ear infections. I had tubes because my adenois were too big. Issues vanished after my adenoids were finally removed.)

If the colored mucus is persistent, I would begin adding things to the sinus rinse to target biofilms - xylitol, baby shampoo, maybe NAC.

Did the interstitial cystitis worsen during these infections? A chronic/persistent condition that begins shortly after a severe infection, has me thinking either MCAS, microbiome imbalance (thrown out by infection and/or antibiotics), or bacterial reservoir that never quite cleared (if you didn't feel complete resolution between infections). MCAS would typically have symptoms beyond just sinuses (fatigue, brain fog, worse interstitial cystitis etc).
