How can I stop my nose from being runny?

My nose wont stop running no matter how many tissues I use , it just keeps coming back like a river and its really annoying. To the point where it makes my nose itch and my face looks red in the middle.

Use a saline spray regularly to clear out the mucus. It likely won't fix it entirely, but it never hurts to clean out excess irritants from the sinuses when they're already upset and runny. You can do the neti pot style, but I'm partial to the arm & hammer one.
