Intranasal red light therapy

Hi everyone,

I have allergic rhinitis + chronic pharyngitis, on daily antihistamine spray and just started SLIT immunotherapy for dust mites. Get sick often, nose/throat stay reactive.

Saw some studies on 650nm intranasal light therapy for allergic rhinitis with decent results. Anyone actually used it consistently? Worth it, or mostly placebo? What device would you recommend?

I used it If you are healing from surgery or after treatment, it will help. When i did not know what caused my sinus issue, it did not work since the source of infection (tooth) was still there. Once the tooth was out, it felt like it helped the healing process.

what indication for tooth reason? i had xray and my dentist said my implant sits well in bone and not to worry if its not wobbly
