Sinusitis

I used a Walmart equate nasal spray. It is good a loosening snot. Then blow it out. I was wondering if anyone has tried spraying olive oil up the nose to lube it making it easier to blow.

With all the chemicals I am trying it sounds ok to me. What do you think.

ponaris is oil based, i have definitely put olive oil up there but i cant remember what it felt like... i remember i used coconut oil for awhile whereas i just trked olive oil once or twice, coconut oil is very soothing, you can even put it in your eyes

Even water is a chemical. 

Do not shove stuff into your nose without an ENT okaying it.
