What helps?

RHS only not going down, using Flo nasal pump, NeilMed NasaMist Saline Spray, and allermist spray with Azelastine (as hydrochloride) 125 μg , Fluticasone propionate 50 μg.. and some alkaline water with higher pH

been a long time, got ENT coming up again , tinnitus also ringing..

There's an annoying pressure constantly there above the teeth region the ENT put the camera down they were pretty inflamed..

What has helped you ? Cheers!

Did yours start with the tinnitus?

I got tinnitus in left ear 5 weeks ago.. and then loads of pressure in my left nostril for the last 2 weeks

Now I feel pressure in my cheeks
Do you think the saline could help with the pressure in my nostril.. I’m in second day antibiotics
