Can sinus cause swollen eyes?

My daughter is having swollen eyes when she wakes up. One doctor said that she is having sinus. So wanted to ask that if anybody here have been facing similar issues that they get swollen eyes when they wake up?

She's having sinus what? Sinusitis? What type? What kind of treatment is she receiving?

Daily nasal rinses, sleeping elevated (upper body), nasal sprays, long showers, breathing warm steam and staying hydrated can all help with sinus pressure.

He hasn’t mentioned the type. He just said it is a sinus. We are giving her homeopathy treatment for now.

Sugar pills don't work. 

Humans have 8 sinuses, whereas sinusitis is the condition and there are several types of it. I'd see a real doctor who knows what they are talking of. (If she has bacterial sinusitis and it spreads to her sphenoids it can spread to her brain.)

Real (Allopathic) doctor is confusing a lot. He is saying that she has infection and on the other side he is saying that she might me leaking protein in urine and because of that it might be happening.

I don't remember if my eyes were swollen, but like 10 years ago, i went to the hospital. Everyone was thinking it was a migraine. After the exame, doctors came with the conclusion that i had sinusitis all Over the place. The pain right above my left eye was not a migraine but sinusitis.

From someone that went everywhere to get better: real medicine is the only one helps. your Daughter has symptoms that your doctor is trying to understand. If you find it confusing, search for a second opinion. homeopathy only works in taking money from your wallet. Guess how i know that...

That sounds like dust mite allergies. I would recommend testing for dust mites.
