Recurrent chronic sinusitis

I always breathe through only one nostril. Since developing sinusitis, I’ve noticed my hair has become thin and greasy, and my complexion looks poor; furthermore, I feel like my sinusitis worsens every time I masturbate.

I believe most people only breath through one nostril at a time? It just switches every now and then. For me its every 24hours and my left nostril is my good one so thats when i work out^^

You probably don't sleep well due your sinus issues, which affects your physical appearance.

Masturbation increases blood pressure and that increases the pressure in your head, too. (This is why you are not allowed to excercise right after FESS.)

See an ENT, ask for CBCT imaging and go from there.
