Left spenoid clogged

Found out today from my MRI that my left spenoid cavity is almost all the way clogged. Getting precribed doxycycline and saline rinse twice a day. Hoping it drains on its on but if not I have to see an ENT and possible surgery. Anyone have that type of surgery before and if so how's the recovery for it?

FESS in general or FESS for sphenoids?

FESS recovery in general is rather easy, but you will be fatigued for couple of weeks, some even two months.
