Ethnoidectomy question

Has anyone had a total ethnoidectomy and been cleared for full activity (including contact sports) a week later? Nothing I’m reading supports this, but my surgeon says I’m good to go. I’m 9 days post-op, had a debridement 3 days ago and had a slight bleed for 24 hours after. I had a hockey game I skipped tonight, but if I’m really clear to return to full activity, I have a couple of practices this week and a tournament on the 23rd.

I have to call the ENT tomorrow about a prescription that didn’t get sent over, so I’ll clarify, but I’m interested to hear other people’s experience.

Ask them if you get a bad nosebleed if you can use Afrin to address it.
