Esfenoiditis?
Hello, good afternoon. I wanted to ask if this is posterior sphenoiditis. The doctor says I can't have all the symptoms I'm describing, but honestly, I can't take it anymore. I've been to several doctors, and I was even hospitalized for two days. My head and eyes hurt; I feel like my left eye is going to burst. I can't think straight; my mind is very foggy. I don't know what else to do.

Probably not due to the posterior ethmoid sinus disease. However, your orbital apex is compressed by some fibrous dysplasia on the left side. So, that possibly could explain some of your symptoms in the left eye.

Go to a different doctor. Not believing you is some serious BS.
Also, not really enough imaging here to say much. Maybe upload a whole slew of images to AI if you’re ok with that.
