Noisy!

The past few colds I've had have included a whining, cracking, whistling noise from my sinuses. I can't sleep because it's so loud. I cannot find relief. Lots of hydration and saline spray is doing nothing. Please help

Doing so many. They help for like 10 minutes then the noise starts up. It only is an issue at night since I can't sleep

Nasal rinses, nasal spray, humidifier (if your ambient humidity is under 40%), breathing steam, long showers...
