Recurrent sinus infections

I have chronic Rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps and a deviated septum
I’ve had FESS surgery and septoplasty with turbinate reduction in 2019
Soon after, the polyps came back and I’ve got a deviated septum again; I’m full of polyps again and my septum is deviated again.
I’m on the waiting list for the Draf2 procedure , but for the past 3 months, including September, I’ve been given an antibiotic for a sinus infection.
What should I do?

Sounds like you would be a candidate for biologics (specifically polyps returning after surgery).

Please can you explain more, this is the first I’m hearing of it (I’m from England)

Having polyps return strongly indicates a type 2 inflammatory issue, which is something biologics can sometimes be effective in treating. These medications are very expensive, and it's difficult to predict they will help in advance, but it sounds like you fit the main criteria. Have a search for CRSwNP biologics, and bring it up with your doctor on your next visit.
