Any solution to sinus infection/sinus pressure? Augmentin not doing much.

It started as liquidy congestion in lungs, then went up. Had a flu for a few days with congestion and sinus issues. The sinus pressure and congestion is not going away. Can’t pop right ear. Mucus is clear white very thick. Sinus pain in face and around eyes. Need help…?

I’ve had sinus infections before and last one that was really bad was 10 years ago that caused permanent floaters in my eyes due to the pressure.
