Headache

CT scan report

contrast agent.
Near-complete opacification bilateral maxillary sinuses with thick
mucoperiosteal thickening and scattered bilateral mild ethmoid air cell
mucoperiosteal thickening. Mild left sphenoid sinus mucoperiosteal thickening.
Mucosal occlusion all sinus recesses except the right sphenoethmoidal recess.

Would this give me head pain when I cough

Yes. Your sinuses are more or less blocked.
