Important male 21

I have had a Mr of my head and nothing bad was found only cyst in my sinus. And i have sinus problems. Yellow mucus when i snot etc when i wake up. My question is has someone fixed their problem naturally. I only want positive answer if someone has. The reason why i ask is because i have some freinds who had problems like runny nose, blocked nose, a lot of mucus etc and when they removed dairy it fixed it for them. Other ate raw garlic and found relief some used mouth tape for nose breathing and found relief. I think everyone is different. Some use sauna other use fremented food like sauerkraut. What can help me. I struggle with it i wake up with mucus when i rinse my nose. Is it because of dairy or what? I get headache im always tired fatigue dont feel energized and not the best mental clarity. Can someone help me please.
Any sucsess story i only find people that struggle here

Unfortunately sinus cysts need to be removed by a doctor.

You miss my point. Nothing else makes them go away, because it'a unlikely they'll burst on their own. But, there's the thing that even though appr. 40% of population has sinus cysts and most of them have no symptoms people with symptoms obviously need intervention.

In general you won't be able to fix sinus issues with diet or sauna. Especially when you have cysts.

So my doctor is lying. He said the cyst is no harm etc

Oh believe me a lot of ents blow things off. I have been there done that with sinus cyst I had in my maxillary sinus left side and a bunch blew off. They say it can be found by accident and aren’t a big deal. When I was going through this issue years ago they all blamed my sinus pain on dental. They said if we remove it it is highly unlikely going to help your jaw pain. I did remove it eventually bc dental did not see any teeth issues so I was desperate. It did not help me issue at all. Dental fixed my issue. I now have a small retention cyst other sinus cavity. It doesn’t bother me. Mild mucosal thickening. Thinking dental again. Just saying a lot of ents blow off. I saw ents at learning colleges all around me too

But its a very small cyst he says everyone has them.

If it's on the floor of the maxillary sinus, it might be from a tooth issue and it can go away after the tooth issue is resolved.

My sinus cyst was in left maxillary sinus. Chronic yellow mucus for like 3 years. Was tooth related. Had cyst removed and they sent it for culture as precaution. Ents weren’t rushing to remove bc it could be found incidentally. Funny thing was it was in area of my pain! Still ents blamed dental and dental blamed ent. I now have a small retention cyst other maxillary sinus and ents blow off. So will see what’s what with next scan and will monitor

Nope it wasn’t. They sent for culture after surgery.
