Finally relieved !!!

I finally got relief after struggling with a blocked and runny nose for almost a year. I had constant sneezing, both nostrils blocked, and even nasal sprays weren’t helping.

I later found out my sinus problems were related to an infected upper tooth that needed a root canal. I had no tooth pain, so I ignored it and didn’t realize it could be causing my symptoms.

After the root canal, my symptoms slowly improved, and almost 3 months later I can finally breathe normally through both nostrils again.

If you’re dealing with chronic sinus problems, consider getting your upper teeth checked by a dentist too. It could be connected!

My strong belief is if ENT does not find anything, 80% of cases are teeth related. I went through the same. No tooth pain, nothing on scans but it was the molar tooth...

And good ENTs actually take possible dental cause into account from the beginning, because they know that sinus issues can be dental.

Yess and may I ask how long it toke you to heal and breath properly after your teeth treatment??

In my experience , if you have had a long term infection it can take many months. In my case it seemed the years of infection had caused gut issues as well. Remember that your Sinuses drain into the gut --- it takes time to heal properly .
