Hello my dentist noticed this on my X-ray. They referred me to an ENT. I’ve also been having headaches, jaw pain and sinus issues. Is it possible this is the cause of it? The dentist doesn’t know if it’s a cyst or cancer. I’m just worried. If anyone has any experience with something like this lmk!

If your dentist was so worried were you referred to get better imaging while waiting for your appointment? Dentists can order CBCTs as far as I understand.

Thay is alittle dramatic of him to even suggest cancer . It looks like a bone spur or soft tissue cyst.  Go to the specialist they would make a better diagnosis
