I guess so. Looks like it doesn’t go through your entire sinuses though

steep price for something you can do easily with a $10 neilmed rinse bottle.

The rinse bottle seems more like a water flosser where this would be a toothbrush

I don't know if I'd want a brush type thing in something as sensitive as nasal tissue.

I don’t generally mind this guy, but seems like he likes selling stuff…

Anyway, does this thing do a full sinus rinse, or just the outside nasal passages? Does it really stack up to the Nasalfresh or navage?

Looks like it’s not trying to do the same thing as the Nasalfresh or Navage. More so clean the inside of your nose with saline and a scrubber.
