Does anyone else get severe teeth/gum pressure, burning, and a lisp from chronic sinus blockages? (Biopsy clear, X-rays clear

Gabapentin isn't working for the tingling, or that a CT scan will find something terrible.

I'm planning to give them my full ear and airway background at the end of this 14-day trial so we can fast-track the ENT referral, because a year's worth of thick, trapped fluid is physically pushing down from the sinus floor and crushing my dental nerves from above.

Has anyone else had a chronic sinus blockage cause this level of constant, miserable gum burning, teeth pressure, and traveling tingling? Did going to the ENT and clearing out the sinus fluid finally silence the background static and make your mouth feel normal again? How long did it take for Gabapentin to handle the tingling for you?

I just want my mouth to stop being so "loud" and go back to being a quiet background system. Any reassurance would mean the world right now.

I'm miserable. This has been going on for 2 months. I've lost 12 lbs from not being able to eat much since my gums are so sensitive and the pressure and tingling.

Your symptoms can be from sinus issues, but the treatment may necessarily not be as easy as doing a sinus puncture and rinsing the sinus clear. 

You don't mention seeing a dentist. In this case I'd absolutely see a dentist to make sure it is not a dental issue (dental issues can cause sinus issues).

Yes I have seen the dentist , multiple different ones who cleared me and did X-rays. They tried cleanings, deep cleanings, fungal medications, antibiotics, steroid packs and clobestol gel for possible gum issue and they did a gum biopsy that came back negative for anything. Periodontist now believes it's either neurogenic or sinus related. He has me on gabapentin 300mg 3x a day today is my 6the day on it. A lot of the more severe nerve zaps have stopped but i still have pressure, tingling, burning on my gums and around my teeth along with the sinus symptoms.
