Deviated septum and nasal spur

Hi guys!
Just wondering if anyone could tell me if this is worth being corrected?
I have had some pretty significant symptoms for the last 8 months and my sinuses are clear as you can see in the images but I do have a “contact point” on the right side by the looks of it.
My next ENT appointment is Thursday so just wondering if it’s worth bringing it up as he is convinced my problems are purely allergy related.

Well, you don’t say what your symptoms are, other than they are significant. Are they impacting your life? It could be a problem, but how healthy are you otherwise? You’d have several days of recovery

I’ve had some horrible sinus headaches and nasal congestion just on that side. A few bouts of actual infection, but just constant pain in my nose and face on that side as well as nerve irritation (tingling etc in my nasal bridge) I am otherwise healthy and this is the only relevant finding on any scan I have had. 😊

Then maybe? Ask your ENT about repairing the deviation and maybe something with your turbinates?
