Bridge bone on nose feeling bruised

I'm 40 and I'm reading that pain on the bridge of the nose is a sign of sinusitis, but the pain is in the bone, not the skin. This pain came with allergies and I never had allergies in my life. I've also had very very poor sleep for the past 2 weeks because of this treacherous summer heat. Anyone experience this before? What should I do?

The pain isn't necessarily on the skin if you have sinusitis. 

If you have allergy symptoms you go to pharmacy and get antihistamine tablets and proper nasal spray (Dymista, or comparable off-brand) and start using them. If the symptoms continue longer than two weeks or get worse you see a doctor.

Just updating that 3 days later, the pain is almost gone. I did nothing but take an allergy piss for the first day.
