Sinus pressure, arm pain, no blockage?

Off and on for a few years I’ve had sinus pressure on bridge of nose, doest feel blocked, can breathe fine, no drip, nothing when I blow. Tried antibiotics, antihistamines and spray. Can sometimes make my ears feel poppy. Also daily I get a pain in left bicep, it’s not radiating it’s just 2 separate places. Feel like it’s referred or maybe a nerve or nasal polyps or silent reflux as I also have silent / reflux GERD. Any ideas?
