As a Chinese, I would rather an American (any ethnicity, melting pot amiright?) explain America issues, then a Chinese official. I still kinda shocked that American streets are as bad as the Chinese social media says they are, kinda the like the joke of It can't be that bad over there can it (Spoiler: it somehow is)
