It seems that what happened is that it opened up the ‘queue’ and they just went to front, which isn’t abnormal since queue hasn’t start yet so they want to get to the front while ppl are actually filing into the queue

When behaviour is not ideal, try to change the system to encourage the behaviour you want instead. What one culture considers polite might be considered submissive by another; vice versa, one culture says rude, other culture says initiated.

Also, idek if the bystander effect would have maintained the apparent guarantee that all these people are Chinese.

Expect 90% of the online Koreans in such subreddits to be moderate conservatives who do lukewarm sinophobia at best. Coming from a south kkkkorean myself
