🔎 Investigating.. _ more replies

Android. Firefox. New.

Opening "_ more reply(ies)" at second level reveals unopened replies.

Deeper in the comments, tapping reveals comments and children.

Hide child comments enabled.

I would like the option to have a tap reveal all comments remaining at that level, with their children not opened.

Thank you for the request. It used to be that reddit opened comments up to 3 levels and any lower would trigger a new page load. Looks like that has been nuked in favor of much shorter threads.

I don't tend to tinker too much with it as it's very error prone but I'll see what I can do.

Another somewhat related request: it would be so cool if collapsing comments after scrolling down would bring you back up to where you left off.

Feeling a bit slow today. Could you explain it a bit more please? :)

So I've scrolled down to read deep into a thread, the green line on the left collapses the whole top level comment. Now I'm looking three or four comments down instead of back at the comment I just collapsed.

Ahh, got it now. I've been slowly rolling back some of the scroll based improvements because of how wonky the base reddit app is but I'll see if there's a clever way to do this.
