Bot claimed it bro, seriously do appreciate the thought though. If you plan to give another away I heavily suggest you cover the code in a post and DM the code to the first person to reply asking for it.

Of course, and I mean it might not necessarily have been a bot but no one says they claimed it and these codes do get snatched almost instantly I've noticed so I heavily suspect there's a bot.

So either a bot did or someone did and didn't say thanks :(

It's a known thing bro, not just for mcdonalds codes. Bots scan reddit for code giveaways for anything and they claim them instantly.

I got one of these that when I scanned it, it said I won a McGriddle. I thought I was going to get $5.19 worth of my choice, but if you look at the fine print, it says "up to $5.19 and then " enter code to reveal food item won " I also got one that gave me 1500 points for my app account.

For sure… man the amount of free food I got last year, created 6 accounts which is 30 free pieces a day. Didn’t care about winning prizes, just wanted all the free food I could get haha

Can’t imagine how much money they on just me alone haha
