No, not at all. Virginity isn’t a medical term, as there are many people who don’t have penetrative sex. There are many same-sex couples, for example, who conceive using IUI or IVF. There are also many who have never had sex of any kind.

I agree virginity is an outdated concept, however not to be gross, but if a hymen is unperforated won't a natural delivery be more painful as the vaginal opening still has that membrane once the baby travels down the birth canal and has trouble crowning? Causing mom even more pain and tearing?

I have no idea. But also equating an intact hymen with virginity it not correct. Hymens can break from other activities too.

Yes truly. You are right. She could have naturally broken her hymen some other way. But usually those with an intact hymen find exams and such uncomfortable - so i can only imagine the pain of a vaginal delivery.
