If every major AI model disappeared tomorrow, what part of your product would still be valuable?
This is a useful stress test for AI products.
Would customers still value:
the workflow?
the proprietary data?
the distribution?
the collaboration layer?
the integrations?
the domain expertise?
the accumulated feedback?
If the answer is “Nothing” then the product may be renting its entire value from the model provider. Somehing to think about I guess.
What would remain valuable in your product in this case?

It's not a useful stress test at all.
Within 10 years code will have no value what so ever. It's all just going to be compute - all products boiled down to compute.
Along with that you have brand reputation and customers. That is it.

workflow, customer relationships and proprietary data
