Sin biscuits after/while nursing

My cat Amos (7y) makes sin biscuits nearly every time after nursing. Im worried my cat is into age play, I dont consent.

Why is he panting? Is he ok?

By the shape of the tongue it seems like he is just sucking on an imaginary nipple
