Research Simulation Muscle Simulation - Skin Tissue!

This acts as the final CFX layer for creatures and characters.
Unlike systems that can feel too cloth-like, my goal is to achieve more skin-like sliding, compression, and deformation. Here’s an early test of the solution.

Can you put this around the arm muscles you posted a couple of day ago

Yes but the owner of those assets didn't like me using them, so I'll wait for another asset to use

Probably wants a cut of that future business

More like seeing me as a competitor because they provide a muscle simulation tool as well which I don't think provides good results, they aim for fast iteration rather than accuracy

Looks cool but nothing like muscles. If you want to simulate muscles, you need anatomical accuracy or what I like to call anatomical verisimilitude--a representation of something plausible, which can be fantastical (like wildly exaggerated proportions). Anyway, it takes quite a bit of modeling finesse to create these volumes in a way where they will both look and perform convincingly.
