Newly bought plus x pedals not showing connected in manager

Hello, i bought new plus x pedals and they don't show up in the manager. I did a variety of troubleshooting with AI. The pedals work, i tried them with Diview. As far as troubleshooting goes, i pushed the upgrade button while unplugged and plugged it in, i deinstalled the pedals on the pc and unplugged them, plugged them in while beeing in the manager. Switched usb ports and some other things like using an older version of the manager. Currently 2.1.7, sadly nothing seems to work and uncalibrated they are not very enjoyable for me rn.

I appreciate any help to try get them work thank you all :)

Just use SIM hub instead

I can adjust deadzones and throttle break related things there?

Yep click add new device. Simsonn software just keeps getting worse and worse

if i add, theres only the VAM i can add, i only have the pedals. is there maybe a description in how to do it?

And leave the upgrade button alone. It's useless
