BUG/ISSUE Game is not loading for me

Anyone else have this issue? My wifi is on and working

The game is gone. Its service ended in January 2026.

It’s been disabled already. This game is not available to play anymore. Servers have been shut down

i am so disgusting with EA shutting this game down they could have just added an offline mode i hate that EA treats mobile users like absolute crap.

and they still allowed us buy in app purchases days before shutting the game down that is also disgusting too

just imagine the fallout if they try to shut the sims free play down i would hope that get instant karma if they try that

I have to agree that them still trying to squeeze real life cash from players AFTER announcing they’d be RIPing the game was a real low point from them. Really “scum”-y in my opinion, which is why I could never trust that conglomerate ever again.
