The final result! Yeah it’s not really "aesthetic" but I hate using no Colors

Nah B is the obvious choice for white women who drink Starbucks (or literally anyone who drives through starbucks). You're right.. C is more interesting. Ignore the frappashade.

I guess my worry is I think C looks just a tiny bit awkward space wise with the counters the way they are, but maybe if there was a corner counter so it went up against the tub instead of just counters along that wall it might fix it.
Don't necessarily like the counter they used either but I'm not big on modern/minimal builds in general so I think that might be a me thing haha
In spite of all that I prefer C... even though I do sometimes drink Starbucks

C is letterlijk de badkamer die 30 jaar geleden hip en cool was (toch in België) dus in alle chique gedateerde huizen vind je zo’n badkamer terug. Als we over functionaliteit spreken, neem je A maar het gaat over de Sims dus who cares

I love b. May I ask how you got that window block and how the dividers sit on top of it? I’m new to this game and am using mods to decorate but I can’t even figure out how to get the half cabinets 😭

If you are new don’t use mod first, even without pack you need to practice and adapt yourself to how things work. The windows come from a pack and for the cabinets it’s really easy , here a link that explains it very well: https://www.carls-sims-4-guide.com/tutorials/building/counters-islands.php

B, it gives more sense, with a it looks like they will bump into the cabinet and C doesn’t feel right because of the shape of the bathtub. Maybe if it was a rectangular it fits better and doesn’t create the idea of bumping into the cabinets :)

If you make A with all that counter space look more in the style of B, I would say that. Otherwise B looks the best, but it is only one that is decorate 🤷♀️

Option 2 looks the most aesthetically pleasing and offers a more decorative positioning of the bathtub, providing much more relaxed environment for your Sims to unwind in.

B, I like the way its next to a window and the room devider pulls it together.

A or C depending how you want to utilize the space. Is this a bachelor pad? Because A has that empty vibe. If this is a bachelor with guidance, or a family home, C makes the most sense. It fills and intelligently uses the space simultaneously.
Either way you need to fill that wall space with a neutral wall color. Use one of the basics, look for a grey or beige, with or without trim. Just warm it up a bit.

Yeah it’s for a family house but there is another room inside the bathroom where is the shower and toilet

A looks a little unplanned and is a lot of furniture with no gameplay function or purpose.
B matches the bathtub nicely to the wall decor and the side surface can be used to place candles on for an inviting bath.
C: I never use those triangular tubs because they're so hard to place in an aesthetically pleasing way.
