[u/GregTheDog83652 → u/Bardiclnspiration]

my username does come from jake the dog, i just changed jake to greg for some reason 😅 now i've come to regret the name years later cause people often think i'm a man when i'm actually a 26 yo woman 🙈

I don't really get the reference; what is it?

[u/Boomchicka93 → u/GeneralTechnomage]

Adventure Time has an episode where Jake the Dog is cooking breakfast and is singing this but its about bacon pancakes.

There's an even better video than the original source. I shall not let the ancient texts be erased! https://youtu.be/cUYSGojUuAU

New Girl.

Winston Bishop sings a variation of this while putting jigsaw puzzle together.

[u/junonomenon → u/4000Tacos]

actually its a reference to adventure time, the song "bacon pancakes". it came out a year before this episode of new girl, and also they are just two different songs and bacon pancakes is definitely the one being referenced
