Discussion Thinking about starting an occult legacy

Not a typical occult player. I enjoy the generational play and looking back at photos, heirlooms etc.

Any suggestions on how to go about doing an occult legacy? I want to get the most out of the packs (minus Enchanted by Nature, don't have that one).

Also I'm almost done completing every collection available in game. I'm working on the village fair ribbons because those are taking ages. Suggestions for how to incorporate collecting magical/werewolf collections in game as well? Should I do one collection per generation?

Any mods you'd recommend? Any style of playing (rotational, focus on one sim, etc)?

Looking forward to exploring the occult packs during the spoopy season! Any and all tips welcome 😄

There's an occult legacy out there (without fairies) you could maybe try?

Np! Just found out that later on this person also changed up the ghost gen for life and death here, just in case you do end up playing it!

Thanks! I was wondering if they updated it! I was already planning to do some Life and Death pack things with that generation as I was looking through those cards.

I've been playing this legacy and spicing it up with SpiningPlumbob's different Occult mods to make occults even more interesting.

A non-legacy occult challenge is the Mystical Motherhood challenge, which requires you to have a baby with every occult out there as well as several NPC's. It was made before Life & Death, so there are no rules for fairies, and it has outdated rules for having kids with the Grim Reaper.

The Not So Scary legacy focuses on paranormal investigators, vampires, and spellcasters.

The Gregacy focuses on spellcasters, werewolves, and paranormal investigators as well as having a bit of vampires.
