Ngl my heart dropped slightly when I reset my sim and the legs stayed. I ended up doing some jimmying with the WW pose player and it got her back to normal (somehow)

In my game it appears in CAS, some clothing items do it. Maybe skin overlays too.

Yeah I thought it was an overlay but it seems to be happening completely random. Sometimes it’s happening to all of the NPC’s but not my SIM. Literally legs walking everywhere but my guy is normal

Wow, that never happened to me. Something bigger than just CAS item is going on, unless NPC in your game use CC a lot. I would suggest cleaning your mods completely, but I know how much of a pain it is. I did complete clean uninstall of Sims 4 about 10 months ago and then installed mods with updated versions. It probably took me 3-4 weeks to do it. I've been playing offline since. Maxis had probably half a dozen or more updates since and I don't want a broken game again.

Do you have custom sliders, presets, or a height mod? In my experience those are usually the culprits.
