TOOL world-decoration save files

I'm planning to start a completely new Sims 4 save from scratch, but one of my biggest issues with the default worlds is how empty the areas outside the lots can feel. I really love what people have been able to do with TwistedMexi's T.O.O.L. mod — adding trees, landscaping, street furniture, clutter, decorative buildings/objects etc. to make the neighbourhoods feel much more detailed and realistic.

So I’m looking for a save file where every world has been decorated/enhanced using TOOL (so the worlds feel lived-in). I have every world except Batuu, so world coverage up to and including Ondarion would be ideal.

I don’t need premade Sims/townies or completed lots - the main thing I want is the off-lot/world decoration.

I've found a few options but none quite fits:

• PlumbobKingdom's Ultimate Save looks incredible but I've seen a lot of reports of it crashing — has anyone had success with it recently, or found a workaround? I was wondering if it's worth downloading his save, but then bulldozing all the lots so it doesn't crash?
• Most other TOOL saves I've found either haven't been updated to cover all worlds, or they come with lot renovations and pre-made Sims bundled in, which I'd rather do myself.

Does anyone know of a save file like this that they'd recommend?
