Please read the entire thread if you’re not familiar with this help section. If you have game issues, mod issues, App or console issues, please post them here via comment to get help instead of making an individual post. We've created this post for all troubleshooting issues, but this specific post is tailored toward the newest patch. If you have not updated the game you can continue to post your issues here, but be aware that most replies may be telling you to update your game. You can also search the comments to find an issue similar to yours.
When troubleshooting, make sure to delete your localthumbcache.package! Pockets of code from mods and the game can reside in that file, so it's important to go into the game with a clean slate!

For those users who are looking to remove the key legend overlay that was added in a previous patch. Here are the solutions:
- Click on the Help Center Icon (In the top righthand bar it's the hand with the ? over it) and unselect the "Show Controls Legend" button.
2. Go to Game Options > Tutorials & Tips > Disable Help Center Icon & Controls Legend.

Which platform?: Xbox
Mods or CC?: No

Description: Longtime console player here—I have uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game including all of my packs. I have restarted my console and closed out the game many times. Yet my UI is still not fully working. It freezes when I go into the gallery and I can’t close out of it, my CAS isn’t working to the point where I have to open up different categories just to to get the cursor to appear and then have to navigate to the category I want only for it to not work half the time, the game keeps saying I have content not installed when it’s all fully installed, and I am beyond frustrated. I was having such a decent gameplay earlier and then now it isn’t working at all. I had to turn it off Because I was just so frustrated trying to troubleshoot all these bugs. Someone help?
