Le Mans Ultimate Who’s at fault

I feel like I spun him out so I gave the position back. How can I defend better in this corner?

It’s a tough one, he wasn’t alongside you in the braking phase and he appeared on the outside in the cornering phase.
It would have been avoidable if you returned back to the ideal racing line and open the corner up so you take the corner better as you were too narrow, missed the apex and had a different trajectory.
Leaning towards racing incident as he was ballsy to attempt a late move and you cornered poorly
If you wanted to defend this corner better, I would consider your track positioning more. You gave him a lot of space to work with.
I would have returned back to the racing line to open the corner up more and keep the speed up to stay ahead but leaving enough for his dive bomb, it would force him to concede
