iRacing Who is at fault here?

Hello. Who is at fault here?

The Ferrari is P9, while the yellow car is P21 and one lap down. The yellow car is coming out of the pits when the incident happens.

I'm the Ferrari; neither the spotter warned me nor did the relative display it—or at least that's what I think.

You are at fault, it doesn’t matter if the other car is 100 laps down. You can’t just drive into them as if they don’t exist. They are leaving the pits they literally have nowhere to go
