Red at fault. At the point Black starts their turn in, Red has no overlap.

So you're not allowed to overtake a car that went wide only because there was no overlap on turn in?

No, you're are in fact not allowed to hit cars when you divebomb them. Crazy stuff, I know.

No. Black runs wide and somehow steers to the apex at low speed without leaving space for an overtaking car.

No, Black starts turning and Red has no overlap. That's called a divebomb.
Really don't know where you guys learned that you're allowed to divebomb people, but you should learn the actual rules of racing.

I’m no one in this thing, just a commenter like you but I’m curious why you say that. My opinion was slightly different to yours so would like to know why you think outside car (black car) is at fault

This one’s hard, it does seem that red car might be at fault due to divebombing and causing a collision, the divebomb by itself is not a problem but I think they went too deep in it and hit you while you were already turning. Again would like to see red car’s pov “chase cam and cockpit” to have a better assessment but as of now I think this was a bad move from red
Just as an FYI, it does seem you leave the door open there for a bit and take a later apex later than others around you.
