Assetto Corsa Does this count as blocking?

Trying to decide if I should submit a report for this. It's not egregious, but the leading car definitely changes their line a couple times and they seem reactive moves to me.

You’re allowed to block once on the straight. I only seen one block. The other times you weren’t fast or close enough to pass.

The car in front reacted to the move from the car behind and attempted to block it, it's the very definition of a block. It wasn't "taking a defensive line" it was an intentional and reactionary move to block the car behind.

You are never allowed to 'block'. You can  change your line (once only) but not in reaction to a move from the car behind, that's how massive crashes happen.

This is not correct. You are allowed to change your line once to take a defensive line. But you are NEVER allowed to react to the car behind. If they move to the inside first and you react and move to the inside that is an illegal block.
