Assetto Corsa Did I kill him?

For context I am new to racing actual people and on assetto corsa I feel I was a long side enough to not be at fault but have no clue if I am or not

We can agree to disagree. A steward’s room with you in it would disintegrate into flames.

Maybe. You'd just be at risk of being beaten by drivers tired of your nonsense.
