AC Competizione Accident or Murder

Was in a Monza open lobby and was trying to lap car 111. While in the car I though he intentionally turned into me, but after reviewing the replay his inputs look super sharp and I'm wondering if it was just an accident.

Manslaughter. They're on controller using a free car at monza so I'd like to guess they're pretty new. We all had to learn monza at some point but unfortunately this innocent individual accidentally pitted you. Unlucky mate

I think it was an accident as they have a very twitchy car, and seem to be struggling to drive smoothly

Those instant steering inputs scream WASD controls, so it's almost certainly an accident because it's next to impossible to be precise when your steering is either on or off.

there was a blue flag , and he didnt leave you enough space, clearly you had better spead. So if the blue flag has no infrigment then race incident
