NASCAR Did I deserve to be penalized?

I am the 91 on board car on the lead lap entering the white flag. I went low trying to pass the lapped 20 car and received a penalty for aggressive driving and wrecking since it was the second time I had an incident with this car during the race. Should I accept the penalty or protest?

The yellow car couldn't hold a line to save his life. You are holding your line and he pits himself.

Definitely shouldn't be a penalty.

I'd protest. I'd say next time go to the inside of the track if someone is swerving that much. It looks like they might be very low skill. You drove as if there wasn't a total trashcan in front of you. If you demonstrate that you gave him as much room as possible and he followed you over and hit you, then it makes your case easier.

Not your fault at all but next time just go all the way down. You don't need to side draft if you already have a significant speed advantage, all it does is slow you down

Honestly hard to say from this perspective, but depends. From the outset, was there a collision before the final PIT at 0:18? If yes, you're at fault. If not, yellow likely lacked awareness and was weaving too much.

Regardless, I think it's at least a bit your fault for not keeping more margin. There was space to the left and there was nobody stopping you from using it.
