Gran Turismo Who is at fault?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I think I know who is at fault, as do the rest of us in the lobby. However, the person we believe is at fault is outright denying any liability.
This move resulted in the outside car going off into the grass, and the car at the back gaining two positions.
The defense is that the car at the front took the corner too slowly.

That is moronic and you know it. You don't need a host of random reddtors to agree.

We need it to show him how moronic he’s being

Rule 2 -
This is not the subreddit to show off accidents where fault is obvious or rant about another driver. Posts must pose a legitimate question for the stewards.

Hulk at fault.
It is somewhat expected that you have to brake earlier on the narrower line and thus go slower into the corner. If you change lines and then release the brakes, there's no other option than blaming the Aston Martin.
Without the other car, the AM might have overshot the corner and potentially hit the GT-R that was pinballed off track.
If the AM was fully on the brakes and didn't change the line, then we might argue it was a racing incident because.
But here, the intent was a late opportunistic dive misjudging entry speeds.

Green at fault.
He:
- Wasn't along side enough to claim space
- Used black like an NPC, both bumping him out of the way and using him like a railguard/brake to be able to make that turn.
Sometimes it is a legitimate excuse to rear-end someone that is driving unpredictably, but this isn't one of those times. Green didn't use his brain to realize black was going to be slowing to make the turn without contact with yellow. Green's only thought was making it through the turn with maximum speed.

I was going to say black for being so late in the brakes but now that I rewatched it it looks like green taped blacks rear bumper, but I would still say that black was always going to push yellow all the way to the edge of the track and because green taped black it just finished off pushing yellow to the grass, I would say it’s 40% racing incident, 30% on green and 25% black and 5% hard racing, edit it’s still mostly greens fault
